Blog RSS Submission – Terms of Service
  1. By submitting your blog RSS feed on our Website, you agree to allow us to publish your blog articles in RSS format for other Web sites and individuals to syndicate.
  2. You agree that you are entirely responsible for, and any harm resulting from, the blog content you provide. You must immediately notify Fashion Link Central of any unauthorized uses of your blog. Fashion Link Central will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
  3. You agree that your articles are original and that you are the owner of the articles or have received permission from the owner to submit the RSS article feed request. If you have hired a ghostwriter to write articles on your blog, you agree that you own the exclusive rights to the articles on your blog. You have fully complied with any third-party licenses relating to the content, and have done all things necessary to successfully pass through to end users any required terms. If your employer has rights to intellectual property you create, you have either 1) received permission from your employer to post or make available the blog content, including but not limited to any software, or 2) secured from your employer a waiver as to all rights in or to the blog content.
  4. Submission requests must come from a valid company email address that ends with the company name. Any emails coming from third-party email addresses (e.g., Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail) will not be accepted for possible listing.
  5. By making your content available, your blog is not named in a manner that misleads your readers into thinking that you are another person or company. For example, your blog's URL or name is not the name of a person other than yourself or company other than your own.
  6. By making your content available, you confirm that the blog content is not spam, is not machine, randomly-generated, and does not contain unethical or unwanted commercial content designed to drive traffic to third-party sites or boost the search engine rankings of third party sites, or to further unlawful acts (such as phishing) or mislead recipients as to the source of the material (such as spoofing).
  7. You represent and warrant that the blog content is not obscene, pornographic, sexually graphic, libelous, defamatory, hateful, violent toward any living human or animal, racially or ethnically objectionable, illegal in any manner, and does not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.
  8. You represent and warrant that the content does not contain or install any viruses, worms, malware, Trojan horses, or other harmful or destructive content.
  9. Articles are listed or denied listing at our sole discretion. There are no guarantees that articles on your blog will be accepted for publication on our Web site. If your blog articles are published, we reserve the right to remove them at anytime.
  10. We reserve the right to choose a category for your blog articles.
  11. We reserve the right to include advertising on pages with your blog articles.
